The Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) is one of the Innovation and Technology Fund (ITF) projects of the Innovation and Technology Commission of the Government to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Hong Kong enhance their productivity and competitiveness through technology solutions, and even upgrade or upgrade their business processes. Each enterprise will be approved for a maximum of six projects, with a total of up to $600,000. The Government's Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) provides funding on a 3:1 basis, which means that enterprises are required to bear no less than a quarter of the total cost. TVP can be used to fund enterprises to adopt innovative technologies, such as purchasing hardware, software, equipment, or paying for professional consultants, technical training, etc. Common technology solutions include: Human Resource Management System (HRM), Information Sharing Platform, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Accounting Management System, Project Management System, Planning and Scheduling System, Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), Customer and Membership Analysis Management System, Store Management System (POS), Electronic Procurement Management System, Electronic Inventory Management System, Electronic Appointment Scheduling and Waiting Management System, Document Management and Mobile Access System, Building Information Modelling (BIM), etc.

BUD  Consultancy

In June 2012, the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) launched the Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales (BUD Fund) to assist enterprises in exploring and developing their business in the Mainland market through brand development, upgrading and domestic sales. In order to more effectively support enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and diversify their markets, the cumulative funding quota of the BUD Fund has been increased to $7 million per enterprise, and the maximum number of approved projects per enterprise has been increased to 70. The cumulative funding ceiling for each enterprise is HK$7 million. The funding is allocated on a matching basis, i.e. up to 50% of the total approved expenditure of the project funded by the Government
